Do you have a certain love of your favourite song that just isn't satisfied audibly?

So does Melbourne jewellery designer, Hannah Chambers, who has used her most memorable songs to inspire guitar pick styled pendants as part of her first commercial range of jewellery.

My Favourite Songs is a musically-inspired range of pendants for men featuring such songs as: Purple Rain, Behind Blue Eyes, Another Brick In The Wall, Free Bird and Stairway To Heaven. Each pendant is handcrafted from sterling sliver, with some featuring amethyst or Australian sapphire.

The range is presented by Melbourne retailer, gallery and boutique Lord Coconut, which specialises in contemporary jewellery designed exclusively for men.

“Being able to create objects that can be worn and that become a tangible part of someone's life is important to me,” Hannah says of the My Favourite Songs series.

“Music is more often that not a tangible part of someone's life as hearing, as a favourite song can bring back not only memories but physical feelings in those hearing that favourite song.

“I hope my pendants, inspired by the songs and artists I love, invoke the same feelings in others as those songs do in me.”
