A sale like no other! Wardrobe Wonderland is four girls: a stylist, a buyer, a designer and a vintage collector who’ve come together to clear out their closets and share their amazing pieces with the world.

Opening their wardrobes and their collections, these girls have worked with some of the biggest names in the business and have sourced fashion items from all over the world.

From editorial shoots to hair shows to designer workshops to one off artisan items, this is a sale not be missed. For two days at the end of May — Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 — there’ll be a huge room filled with treasures!

Listening to the raw and intense tunes of Nirvana’s unplugged live recordings inspired Joveeba designer Ali Cotton to create the ultimate mix of beautiful and distressed fashion, paying homage to that 90s grunge ‘thrown together look’ with a modern twist.

‘I Walk for Me’ incorporates Joveeba’s signature laidback silhouettes, fine tailoring, contrasting fabrications and edgy embellishments with ‘mix and match’ styling to create the perfect Spring wardrobe.

Joveeba’s love affair with leather intensifies this season with unique hand-painted asymmetrical cropped studded jackets, vests, mini skirts and dresses in striking tones of amethyst, tangerine, citrine and stone, while festival-inspired lightweight blouses, chambray shirts and singlets of the flannel and lace variety add a touch of 90s grunge.

‘I Walk for Me’ also sees the launch of Joveeba’s signature 5-piece denim range of distressed acid-wash boyfriend jeans, skinny jeans, a cool studded jacket and 2 shorts styles in acid tie-dye, chambray and stone.

Designed to work back with most pieces in the range, Joveeba’s signature denim will continue to be a small but integral part of each collection.

Joveeba’s ‘I Walk for Me’ Spring 2012 will be available in stores from July 2012.
